Mindfulness – ACON Training

Facilitated by Russ Gluyas and Cath Adams – Counsellors ACON – We can spend so much time thinking over stuff that has happened in the past or worrying about things that may happen in the future that often we actually forget to appreciate or enjoy the moment. In this workshop we will discuss what mindfulness is the benefits from practicing mindfulness and demonstrate some very simple techniques that you can start using straight away.
